Aksoy Çilingir started with one technician and one motorcycle. In those first years we learned the essence of the job quickly: people call us at their worst moments — locked out, keys lost, stranded in the middle of the night. At a moment like that, a number that answers and does what it promised is everything.

Every one of our first customers came by word of mouth. A door we opened in one building led to another flat in the same block, then to the neighbouring street, and then across both sides of the city. We saw from the very beginning that people aren't only looking for a door to be opened — they're looking for someone they can entrust their door to.

So we built the company on trust. Every technician who joins our team is certified, identity-verified and experienced in the field. We know how to open a door rather than break it; we touch nothing unless we have to, and we explain clearly what we're doing before we start.

Before we open a door, we ask for something showing the property is yours. That step sometimes keeps a customer in a hurry waiting, but we don't drop it — because it means we'll show the same rigour when somebody else tries to get your door opened. Security isn't a part of our work to be sacrificed for convenience.

For us, honesty starts with the price. We listen to the situation on the phone and give you a clear range; the price is confirmed when the technician arrives. Surprise invoices, haggling on the doorstep and selling unnecessary parts are not our business. We arrive at the time we said and charge the price we quoted.

Today we work on both sides of İstanbul at every hour of the day — but the way we work hasn't changed since day one. We treat every call as seriously as if it were our own door, and whether it's the middle of the night or a holiday morning, you get the same team and the same standard.
